Pickitbox ("we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-assisted form builder available at https://pickitbox.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the platform.

1. Information We Collect

- Account information (name, email, password hash)
- Billing details processed securely by our payment provider
- Form schemas, conversation prompts, and response data that you create or store
- Usage metadata (device type, browser, timestamps) for security and analytics

2. How We Use Information

- To authenticate users and deliver the Pickitbox app experience
- To generate forms, store responses, and power analytics dashboards
- To process payments, send service notifications, and provide support
- To improve features, monitor performance, and prevent abuse

3. Data Sharing & Storage

We host customer data on Supabase/Postgres and do not sell or rent it. Third parties only receive information strictly necessary to run the product (e.g., payment processing, infrastructure providers). We never train AI models on customer responses.

4. Security

Transport Layer Security, database encryption, Row-Level Security policies, and role-based access controls protect customer data. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Your Rights

You may export or delete your data at any time from the dashboard or by emailing support@pickitbox.com. Removing an account deletes stored form responses unless retention is legally required.

6. Children’s Privacy

Pickitbox is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can remove it.
