Information we collect

We process account details, trial-request contact information, payment status, consultation scheduling information, assigned-action status, and coaching insights needed to provide the service.

How we use information

We use this information to arrange consultations, provide the private dashboard, process payments, secure accounts, answer requests, and operate Pickitbox.

Service providers

Pickitbox uses service providers including Supabase for authentication and data infrastructure, Stripe for payments, and Calendly when scheduling is enabled. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Access and retention

Dashboard information is visible only to the relevant client and authorized coach. We retain information only as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
