No obligation or valuation guarantee
A submission is an invitation to evaluate an opportunity. Pickitbox is not required to respond, make an offer, purchase data, find a buyer, or achieve a particular price.
No transfer through the form
Submitting metadata does not transfer ownership, grant a license, create exclusivity, or form a partnership. Rights change only under a separately signed agreement.
Do not submit data
Do not paste or upload data samples, personal messages, personal records, credentials, trade secrets, or unlawfully obtained material. Initial submissions should contain business contact details and high-level metadata only.
Your statements
You confirm that you are authorized to discuss the dataset and that your description is accurate. Any later transaction is subject to rights, privacy, security, quality, sanctions, and commercial diligence.
Confidentiality
Do not treat the website form as a secure data room. Information is not subject to a confidentiality obligation unless Pickitbox signs a separate nondisclosure agreement.
